Guestbook Use Policy

Acceptable Posts

We have very few rules on what is acceptable. We are however forced to put some limits on what people can post here so we don't get our asses hauled into court. So, here goes.

1. Foul language... shit yeah you can cuss a bit, but each post will be handled on an individual basis. We all know what we can and can't say in public. The best way to avoid having your post edited or deleted is to use a few *'s in place of letters.
2. Personal Attacks... Any attack on any person or group is unacceptable and will be deleted on sight.
3. Attacks on the Band... well yeah that's still OK. You people do it to us in the bars so why not here?
4. Personal Information... For your safety we don't allow posting of your, or any other person's, personal information. This will be deleted when seen.
5. Advertising... We would love some sponsors and are willing to provide written approval and an agreement. If you feel you must post advertisements in our guestbook then refer to the default agreement below. If you post an advertisement in our guestbook you are accepting this agreement.
6. Praise for the band... ALWAYS acceptable, but no one will believe you and will probably think you are a drunk that does too many happy hours.

General Advertising Terms

By posting an advertisement in the Guestbook you agree to the following terms unless you have written permission from the owners of this website.

1. Upon submitting and acceptance, being added to the database, you (the submitter) will be billed $25000. This amount is due upon your submission.
2. A fee of $250 per hour of availability will be charged for as long as your advertisement is in our guestbook.
3. Invoices will be sent to the contact information stored in the ICANN database for any web site referenced in the advertisement as well as to the holder of the IP address that you submitted the advertisement from.
4. Failure to pay the balance of your bill in 7 days will result in legal action.
5. We do not guarantee your advertisement will be available for the public to view for more than 5 seconds from the time submitted. Should your advertisement be removed or lost for any reason your accrued balance is still due.
